Modmix
Modmix is an independently owned, women-led startup bringing organic cocktail mixers to market, designed to be mixed with alcohol, not sold with it. The challenge was to create a brand and packaging system that felt fresh, modern, and credible on the shelf while working within tight production constraints, including a standard off-the-shelf bottle and a single-wrap label with a visible seam.
Rather than hiding that limitation, I turned it into a defining feature—designing a flowing curve that meets at the seam and placing it front and center to create movement, recognition, and shelf impact across flavors. A clean typographic system and color-driven differentiation unify the line while allowing each SKU to stand on its own. I also developed the tagline, Modern Organic Drinks, to clearly position the brand and communicate its purpose at a glance—resulting in a packaging system that feels elevated, intentional, and distinctly its own.
